When should I replace my roof?

The goal of roofing is to make appropriate changes before leaks develop from old age. If there is any sign of aging in the form of a shiny appearance that was not present at installation or typical aging appearance, it is time for a professional inspection. If a detrimental storm occurs, i.e. hail or strong winds, then it is also time for a professional inspection because leaks may not occur immediately but the process may have already begun and should not go unchecked.

How long will take to do my roof and will there be a big mess?

Every roof is unique and timing of completion will vary. The average expectancy for residential jobs, however, is 1-2 days. While equipment and debris may be present during work performance, we carefully protect landscaping and home decor in order to leave every job site with the beautiful appearance that was present before we arrived.

Should I make an insurance claim on my roof because of a storm?
